Without my knowledge a young family member ordered a blanket from this company. I found out less than 24 hours later and notified them, they refused to cancel order I have emailed them twice daily for the last 22 days asking for a return ticket, they informed me they do not give refunds for ANY REASON. This twin blanket cost 72.90 and I can tell from the clear plastic wrap its not good quality or very big, so I'm stuck with a *** very expensive blanket I did n oh t even order. They refuse to refund my money, but they keep sending me emails with a 30% off coupon for their good customers. What a crap company. Avoid.
