OK, Ditech is filing bankruptcy. How does that effect the mortgage on my home #1? #2 if it has no effect on my home loan (monthly payment amount or the due date or the interest rate) that I currently have, then why do I keep getting these Ditech bankruptcy letters in the mail? When I call the phone # given for questions I am put on hold for up to an hour if I choose to wait that long. Why don't they set it up so that you can leave your number and get a call back? that way you don't have to sit around wasting your time. If ditech or any other business called your house about your loan and you tried to put them on hold for that long they wouldn't stand for it and I don't think that we should have to put up with it either.
