NECKRELAX REVIEW On 1st May 2020 I ordered a neckrelax from buy neckrelaxofficial.com. My credit card via PayPal was charged twice, I reported this back through PayPal. To date I have sent 11 emails asking for a refund which have been totally ignored. I have subsequently received 2 neckrelax through the post. I tried the one I bought which just doesnt work at all, a piece of electronic junk!!!. I have requested a return label to send items back and asked for a total refund, all ignored All this has been reported back through PayPal who have now closed the dispute I raised and have ignored all that has been reported. This item is now being marketed from Spain with a slightly different name User's recommendation: Dont buy this item or deal with this company.
