I received an arrangement on May 7, 2021. Strawberries were too ripe and mushy. The pineapples were not ripe at all. I contacted the Harden Street Store, Columbia, SC and was told that they can not control the way the fruit is delivered and I needed to complain within 24 hours. This is not a new company, they know what the fruit should look like before selling to customers. They were not sympathetic. User's recommendation: Products cost too much to receive poor products.
