I filed a short term disability with them and have been going back and forth with them about medical records they proclaim they are waiting on to process my claim this has been for a couple months now. Ive had to explain to them and a customer service rep even verified that they have the records but for whatever reason claims department keep stating they need them to process my claim. I will definitely be shopping around once done because they are very unorganized. It always take 3 - 5 days for them to find out something to whats going on with your claim steady prolonging my claim for payment. They dont communicate through email with you everything is by mail which is ridiculous mail get lost all the time which makes trying to resolve issues worst.
