Dissatisfaction with eharmony services

I am extremely disappointed with eharmony and would like a refund for my remaining membership. I was contacted by 4 members who were blocked by their site, one of which occurred in the first 24 hours of my membership. Other members have no pictures, and little or no information in their profiles. And still others I have been matched to are just not acceptable. This is a lot of money to pay for disappointing quality and quantity. Marilyn User's recommendation: The response I received from eharmony in response to my dissatisfaction with their service was ridiculous. I was offered two options to my request for a refund: (1) postpone my membership for a period of time; and (2) gift the remainder of my membership to a family member or friend. Don't waste your time, effort, or money on eharmony.
