Dissatifaction with reaching a live customer service representative

I have been a Verizon customer for many years, but now almost impossible to reach a person; wait times are way too long and texting a message brought no results. I cancelled an add on (Mobil Protection) and VerizonPhone reinstated it for some reason. I Finally got a person and while the rep was very nice, to cancel it again was such a convoluted and time-consuming process - i just told her to forget it. I will look into other providers when i move and see if their customer service is any better. User's recommendation: If you want live and good customer service look elsewhere.
