Tonality and verbiage are key to a productive conversation and are very much needed by a customer service rep to be helpful and respectful...... to be productive for the company!!!!!!!! Train yall reps to b respectful to ur costumes if you want them to remain customers or share good news about your company. User's recommendation: If they don’t give u respect, don’t give them ur money!
