I am messaging for my package XSM00000200****, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday Feb 15.I called the driver named Winceslao. To my surprise, I was told that the driver was not on duty. Why did the package got dispatched to a driver who is not on duty? Now the tracking information said that there was a delivery failure due to the consignee out, I WAS AT HOME THE ENTIRE DAY. The driver also turn off his cellphone, and I can't reach your customer service numbers. User's recommendation: AVOID XDE AT ALL COST.
