I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Leons and it broke in under a year. Called for warranty and they finally sent out a technician and I was refunded for a new one. Went back up to Leons for a new dishwasher and bought a whirlpool dishwasher. It did not last any longer then the first one. Called king and state for warranty again and they sent out a technician and he said it was still turning on so he couldnt tell us whats wrong and Id have to wait til it broke completely. Not very good customer service if you ask me. So called again for warranty and waiting 5 months and still nothing. Called again and was told that the technician in my area is closed still and I can look for my own and get them to send in a claim. Then if its approved can get it repaired and I must pay and will be reimbursed in 4 to 6 weeks. What a joke. Will be taking all my future furniture and appliances somewhere else User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.
