I made an order in advance to be sure that I'll get the items before I go on a vacation. Thy did not deliver on time and I went on a trip without receiving my order. When I came back I saw a notification that there was a package for me from SwarmJam, but since I did not pick it up it was sent back. I immediately contacted SwarmJam and asked for a refund and they did not reply. But I did not give up and continued to spam their email box with my refund requests. But then they just deleted my SwarmJam account!! And they never ever replied to my messages! People, stay far away from this dreadful and dishonest company!
