Dishonest salesman

The Terminix salesman promised a service at a one time price saving me money, and it turned out to be a monthly charge that resulted in me paying 3 times the old rate per year. I called customer service, they connected me to the branch manager who said he would refund the money and reinstate my previous service, but nothing happened. The manager told me this same story twice and did nothing. I submitted a complaint to the corporate office through Pissed Off Consumer and received satisfactory results from the company within hours. THANK YOU Pissed Off Consumer User's recommendation: When salesmen come to your home video the sales pitch on your phone, and if they refuse to be videoed show them the door.
