Had just arrived in Tarpon Springs at night. On my laptop I found Tarpon Inn. Booked while at dinner from my computer. I booked just by looking and reading their web site. However when we arrived the place looked nothing like the web site. Inn had none of the amenities stated. Very bad location. Dirty disgusting old and decapitated. The upstairs walk way dirty and paint spattered. Paint cans etc all over the place. No Lobby, no Tour Desk. Talked through a very small window. Out side a total mess. Door to room old and unsafe. Room had an old bed and disgusting bed linens. There was no way I would take my luggage in that room, use the bathroom or park my 2019 car there. One window way up at the ceiling so can't look out. Room smelled. Stated no dogs but other renters had dogs. No pool, no spa. There was a man in parking lot yelling about the despicable rundown place. The amenities they offer are not there so how can they state NO REFUND? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Looking into the "false advertising". I want my money refunded. Carol from NYS
