My room had body hair in the shower. The ac unit is extremely loud kicks on and off. The rooms smells of smoke and mold. A alive black bug was in my bed. I went to the front desk spoke to a guy he said he would handle it and switch rooms. That he would call when it was done. Told me i needed to leave for them to clean our room so we could move. Nothing was ever done when i returned at 7pm. I had to get my daughter ready in a friends different hotel for her cheer comp. The manager tonight had no idea about the concerns. Had no compassion and no solution for it. They arent refunding my money. This is disgusting !!!!
