We submitted a Claim request back in May re our couch which the leather has stretched and stuffing has collapsed. We didnt hear from them so we submitted a follow up form . After 2 weeks they sent a fellow from the Leather Doctor to inspect. He agreed the Leather had stretched far more than was acceptable and the stuffing had collapsed and moved. He was going to submit a report to Freedom. We didnt hear from them so we re submitted the follow up form. We still havent heard from them them.intoppurchased the couch
