Update by user Jul 30, 2020 7/30/2020No longer shop at Smith's/Kroger, stopped shopping there mid-July and will never shop them again. Also, no response by Smith's/Kroger to my request/suggestion for exemption and/or mask-LESS shopping hours. I now shop at another grocery (they are out there) which DOES allow for mask-LESS shopping, and it is great. May also try instacart in the future, if necessary. Failure to provide shopping accommodation(s) to those who are unable to access services otherwise (lack of e-commerce ability, example) At minimum, special store hours for those who cannot wear a mask for one or more reasons and/or shop via other means.
