Discrimination and denial of service

Update by user Jul 30, 2020 7/30/2020No longer shop at Smith's/Kroger, stopped shopping there mid-July and will never shop them again. Also, no response by Smith's/Kroger to my request/suggestion for exemption and/or mask-LESS shopping hours. I now shop at another grocery (they are out there) which DOES allow for mask-LESS shopping, and it is great. May also try instacart in the future, if necessary. Original review posted by user Jul 19, 2020 Discriminatory policy: violations of civil law via denial of service for refusal to wear a mask, including an religious and/or disability exemption. Failure to provide shopping accommodation(s) to those who are unable to access services otherwise (lack of e-commerce ability, example) At minimum, special store hours for those who cannot wear a mask for one or more reasons and/or shop via other means.
