Disapproval of Trane’s Customer Support’s public name.

I find the name Pissed Consumer offensive, crude, and unprofessional. Previously I thought highly of the Trane corporation because I love my Trane A/C system. Now I am concerned the quality of the company is at risk in the hands of juveniles. My original request for help: Unit off 24 hrs due to no electricity. Now not turn on after electrify comes back on. Help, it is very cold!!!! My solution: I subsequently learned that the external surge suppressor unit had failed during the neighborhoods power outage and restoration process. For that reason the A/C unit was not getting power. It had nothing to do with the Trane system. I replaced the surge protective and the A/C system is working great again. User's recommendation: Be sure you have a high quality surge protector feeding your A/C system’s electrical system.
