Ive been a loyal customer since 2007 to Boost Mobile, Im ill with covid and havent worked so I cant pay my bill this month and asked if they could push the payment back a month till I get back working, every other bill I have has helped me but Boost wont. I am alone no family I live alone so if I get worse what do I do to get help. my phone is my only connection to the outside world. User's recommendation: This is a huge company who shows no loyalty to their so-called loyal customers. they do more to get someone to join Boost and couldnt give a *** for the long term customer.
