Like everyone else had to get a replacement seems to work but dirty as *** then get the refills what's don't fit properly so abundant of litter and *** go in between it and when you call about it for help they talk to you like you're stupid, Next Step I'm trying to get my money back with all these complaints they should start giving people their money back, not counting I got a box full of refills. So honestly I'm requesting money back so I can replace the old set up.
