Direct deposit in the wind. My Vanilla Mastercard has Bancorp Bank on the back of the card. When I set up direct deposit for my tax return, I used the Bancorp routing number.

I never received my refund the IRS deposited on 4/21. I called Customer Service at My Vanilla and they gave me Atlantic Banks routing number, then tried to explain they use both banks and if my deposit went to either, it should be available. I think I got the run around. The IRS says if your info is wrong, call the bank receiving the deposit. User's recommendation: Do not use this card. This is routing and account numbers are very important.
