Don't know where to begin, I wouldn't buy anything from RTG ever again. They don't deserve 1 star I ordered my dining Set back in May 2021 and delivery was supposed to be July 7th. I made it very clear that I live in VA and they said NO PROBLEM. However, July 7th came I get a phone call that delivery will not take place now until July 30th they said it's a flip order that's why it got delayed July 30th comes another phone call, the base from the table is missing a new delivery date September 13th I called the service department talked to Robert my salesperson he is extremely apologetic and is trying to help but the rest of them are unfriendly and rude. New delivery date set for September 13th I get an email confirming the delivery on September 12th Now it's time to get excited I thought. 2 hours later RTG CALLED and has the nerve to tell me the base is still missing but here comes the best part but they still deliver 6 chairs and the table glass top but No base. Well, maybe I should kneel and be the base until delivery. At this point, I'm so extremely frustrated that I don't want anything delivered. On the phone again with Robert, he said he call me back. Robert called and tells me the base is stuck in customs at the port and new delivery is September 22nd September 22nd is here.Im at work my husband inspect delivery and tells me wrong chair delivered 5 Chairs are identical 1 chair completely different. I'm on the phone again with Customer Service her Name is crystal she stated that Furniture are now discontinued and I maybe get the matching Chair FRBRUARY 2022 And keep in mind my BASE from the table is still not here:( I'm beyond frustrated and to the point were this is really starting to take a toll on my health . I will go further with this all the way to the top I want to speak to Management CEO I promise you I'm not stopping here and I will keep everyone updated. Mariella Wright Richmond VA
