Diminished Product Quality

I have used sensor3 razors for years. The last three multi-razor packages I purchased contained very poor quality units. Specifically, dull, irritating blades from the first shave. I will not buy another Gillette product ever again. It is crystal clear Gillette has succumbed to extreme corporate greed and has disregarded its core customers. In addition, Gillettes customer service phone number requires the caller to choose English or Spanish. I resent this, and consider it an extreme insult. English should always be the default language here in the USA. This forced choice is rare to encounter these days since the huge backlash occurred in strong opposition to it a few years ago. Your decision makers should be ashamed.
