When I call their number 1-80*-634-****, after I enter my ssn and chose to talk to a representative, I get transferred to their voice mailbox system that requires me to know person's last name or mailbox number, which I don't know, and then it disconnects me. I understand that is SunTrust's (now Truist) subtle way of telling me: Go find yourself another bank because we don't want to talk to you. go find yourself another bank because we don't want to talk to you. User's recommendation: Be careful how you chose your bank.
