Recently bought loreal excellence to cover my gray hair. I have been using this product since a young girl and never a problem. Now at age 70 I found your new way of containing the color crème which use to be a liquid was extremely hard to use .Having to squeeze the product into the developer bottle as very difficult .Due to this a wont buy again if it is bottle this way. It was just to difficult to get all the product out of the tube.
