Didn’t perform services!

My husband and I have both gone to the Take5 in Tulsa at 81st and Harvard. I say gone to because they have never actually done anything. When I tried 5 months ago, they told me the manager needed to be onsite to perform the oil change on my Subaru Ascent- What, Why? And my husband tried to go and they told him that they didn't have the correct oil for his car (2 different kinds). Sounds to me like they use every excuse not to change your oil!
