We we're suppose to pick up our truck on Sunday could not your system was down could not reach anyone to get the key lock # this is now causing a delay in my departure I have a job deadline to meet in South Carolina. Not only do they have my car dolly at this location causing us to go into another town for pickup. I truly fill I could be compensated for the inconvenience not only for causing me to arrive late for my job but arranging people to help pack the truck on a Sunday which was their only available day. User's recommendation: Better customer service and on site product.
