This company took 3 weeks to even send the items I emailed them wanting to cancel the order after I noticed two weeks after I paid they still hadn't even sent the items Anyway 3 emails and a facebook message and still no replies to any of them A week after that I seen that the items had been finally picked up and was on there way Finally almost one month later my items arrive!!! Even tho the items where no longer any use to me cause he rave had been and gone!!! However I was happy I finally got the item I paid for and opened package only to find that it was missing sone of the items I purchased! I checked my account to make sure I had paid for them and was charged for them and I was!! This really upset me now!!! First a month to send items Yet I also purchased items same day from there rival company ilovesraves which I received there items in just 5days!! Then multiple emails asking why my items still hadn't been sent after two weeks!! Now not getting the items I have paid for and sent more emails and yet again no replies from this company So as far as i'm concerned it's theift!!! I paid for items yet they never sent them!! This is not acceptable at all and I warn anyone who uses there site to say clear from these criminals
