didn’t receive product at all

I ordered a portion dress on April 17 and I paid extra for it to arrive before MAY 3 and it's still not here. This is unacceptable and daughter now can't attend prom. I tried to explain myself in a few words but apparently that's not good enough for your company but taking my money and ruining my daughter's day needs to be written or further.!!! I'm so disappointed your company
