didn’t honor our warranty

September 28, 2016 called like 20 times always had the run around with them, I had to call the furniture store I purchased the furniture from and they had my part in their warehouse. Kept telling me it was going to get fixed. I paid for an extended warranty and they didn't do anything to help me the furniture store where I purchased it from fixed it for me on December 13, 2016. They need to refund me my money. The person who I talked to was Kelly who did nothing for me, very rude.
