Didnt receive my tickets for Chris Stapleton on August 5 at the blossom in Ohio that I paid for a year before the show and then when I asked for a refund they refused to give me one said they would give me a credit for another show. Mind you I went to the concert because they told me not to worry the tickets would be there so I went and ended up having to buy different tickets at a higher cost and they still said that they wont do anything for me User's recommendation: Try to find another way to get your tickets.
