Didn’t have my ticket

American operated by JetBlue Couldnt check in online. Told to go to check in counter at JetBlue. Got there and was told I had to go to the American Airlines terminal. Had to walk over there, take air train. Got there and was told Jet Blue should not have sent me to them. Couldnt get any assistance. Had to get back to JetBlue and the agent was angry with me for not getting the ticket from American.He was rude and no help.Terrible customer service.
