I made arrangement for my stackable to be returned on March 23. I called customer service at 6:00 pm (mind you the pickup was from 9:00 am -6:00 pm) and asked them what happen to the pickup. They told me that the pickup guys would be at my home within 30-45 minutes and that I was their last stop. It is now 7:30 pm. They never called me and never showed up. Terrible customer service!!! Would never recommend them at al User's recommendation: Zero.
