Did not refund the shipping cost

I have ordered several items from WeLoveFine store and paid some extra money for two day shipping. It actually took them over three weeks to deliver and all this time they gave me nothing but headache. When I contacted customer service for the first time they said that they need some time to process the order, then they said that they also need extra time to contact the delivery service and etc. When I asked them so what did I pay for they said for 2 day shipping. I asked so where was my 2 day shipping and of course they replied nothing, because I was right and they were not! Received my items and really liked them, but I still wanted to get the money back which I paid for the shipping and they refused!! This company is the worst ever! Terrible service!
