Not able to collect on ins claim

My mother passed in Dec. 2020 . I have been unable to collect on her Colonial Penn policy i have e-mailed , sent letters and made dozens of call’s to no avail . I am beginning to think this is another fraud scam company that preys on elderly people User’s recommendation: Find a more reportable company.

Their paid endorsee – Alex Trebek

Am sick of seeing Trebek – money grubbing for this company. He doesn’t have enough money already and keeps doing their commercials. How much money DOES one person need? User’s recommendation: turn off the TV or go to another channel when these ads come on.
