Did not receive refund after cancellation

In April i placed an order in the amount of $496.95 and I never received it. I sent various emails canceling my order prior to 6/7 and received no response from the company. On 6/7 I called and spoke to customer service who advised my order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund in 30 days. Today I received part of my order which I cant plant now. I called the company and they have no record of any emails or calls and they refuse to refund my money! User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.
