Good day I am Yonela. On the 8th June 2021 20h15 I booked a bus ticket. The money went from my account but did not receive any confirmation for my bus ticket. I have been speaking to so many consultants but nothing was resolved. I have been sending emails and they cannot heIp me. Please see the attached documents that shows I made the payment.
