Did not get truck

We we're supposed to pick up our truck on Sunday 4/18 unable to do so your system was down causing us not to get the key code, by this happening we lost our helpers as well as I am going to lose 2 days of work I am on a job date deadline to report in South Carolina with your system down we received no notification on how and what to do in the event no one was in the office to assign us the truck. I feel that we should be compensated for time loss as well as the loss of man power to load the truck.
