Received faulty product but missed return deadline of 30 days. Be sure to return promptly if yours isn't functioning as expected. I have previously used another brand with another older child and the sensors worked perfectly. However with this brand the mat would go off for no reason when there was no wetness or not go off reliably if she did start to wet bed. The purchase has led to extra arguments in our house due to the alarm always going off and my 9 year old daughter not want to use a product she seems 'stupid'.
