Despicable service – continously!

my very expensive delivery has gone missing. no calling card. no way to contact them - web chat is continously busy, call center not working evenings. This is not the first time they left my delivery in a safe place. I live in London on a busy street, in a busy apartment - the safe place doesn't exist! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE. If the company you work with uses yodel, work with a different company.
