I bought a desk which was delivered in December 2020. Immediately after going through the box I called to report 2 pieces missing. I was informed I'd receive the parts by 1/13/2021. On 1/14/2021 I called again because the parts were not delivered. They took more information from me and said I'd receive the parts by 2/26/21. They said the parts were back ordered. Called again after the Feb date and was told they were still on back order and I'd receive the parts by 3/26/21. No parts again so I requested a manager. But was sent to a team lead who explained the parts are still back order and I should receive them no later than 4/30. On 4/23 I got a call from the team lead who requested pictures of the items from the manual as the supplier doesn't know what parts I'm missing. The reps on the phone didn't put in a ticket nor did they add the part number I provided. I send the pictures of the items missing and the next morning I get an email stating the parts are back ordered again. They did refund me 75.00 for my hassle however I'm still without the parts. One part that was missing is the support bar that holds both sides of the desk together. The Team lead has no empathy and his email etiquette is terrible. Which leaves me to believe I will never get the parts. I expected all the pieces sent in the first place. But this is absolutely ridiculous and i will never buy from wayfair again.
