Deposit refunded without my consent

Good afternoon I booked two nights at Blue Waters hotel in Durban, South Africa through Otel.com. Booking reference numbers: OP551317** (**-15/06/2020) OD955851** (**-13/06/2020) Before these dates I requested with the hotel that they be moved, as I could no longer travel due to COVID-19. They agreed, however when I attempted to confirm the dates that I had moved the bookings to (26-28 September 2021), I found out that the deposits had been refunded by Blue Waters to Satguru travel on 21/07/2021. On enquiry, Satguru travel had received a cancellation request no MS9LLC from Otel.com. I did not request a booking cancellation. Please refund the hotel the deposits so that I may stay as planned and paid for. Regards Laura Taylor User's recommendation: I have now seen loads of unhappy customers of Otel.com online.
