UPMC for You a Medicaid Hmo refuses to provide me with a life sustaining medication called Androgel 1% ..I've been sick with a low testosterone condition since 1994 and me and my doctor have done everything to get me approved just last year UPMC for You awarded me a lifetime supply of Androgel 1% with unlimited refills to the day i die. As of May of 2012 the policy of UPMC for You have changed with limitations on medications ..They will no longer pay for this medication cause they say it's not life sustaining...I been all month of August 2012 with no Androgel 1% I need someones help cause i can't take this no more
