I purchased a full set of dentures for my husband from affordable dentures in Lincoln Ne. and it has been a nightmare, a huge disappointment, and a heart-breaking experience for my family. The quality of the product used to create the denture is very poor, they have no compassion for the patient, and they you concerns are of no concern to them. My husband’s dentures broke 3 times in the first year, the first break occurred after he had them less than a month. Each time he went in for the repair the staff were very rude, the attending dentist told my husband on his third visit with broken dentures “this will be the last time we repair them for free”. The company has a patient satisfaction promise which in part states “Our Patient Satisfaction Commitment simply means we want you to be completely satisfied with the services you receive at the practice. This applies not only to the dentures we provide, but also to the kind of patient care you deserve to receive”. Clearly this promise is nothing more than words! My husband’s dentures no longer fit after one year, re-alignment is $200 per denture. This is the worst experience we have ever had, I do not recommend anyone EVER consider having any kind of oral care performed with this company. Forget the price, think about the long term headaches and issues that occur when doing business with this company and STAY AWAY!
