My son got his retainer on 06/18/11 and the retainer broke on 07/02/11 while he was sleeping. I was finally able to get an appt. on 07/27/11 for my son to see the ortho. After cheking my son's teeth and retainer, she concluded that it was not my son's fault. She said I don't have to pay anything this time and she will order a new retainer but the financial manager charged me $80.00 for lab fees anyway. When I requested a copy of the labs fees she refused to give it to me. If this is truly lab fees why is Ms. Navarrette declining to give me a copy?
