Delivery person bad behavior

I made a complain regarding the disqualified delivery person which was delivered our order # [protected] on 08.July.2021.The issue is the delivery person used bad words and accused very badly in front of my family & neighbours due to a location issue. Considering this issue the customer care office call me and informed to issue a free order. But yesterday I contacted customer care and they informed there is no such a free order. I never expecting such reply as a long term customer which is dealing with you. Considering this issue I am expecting a very positive feed back as agreed from your side in a ethical way.
