Delivery leadtime and tracking information updates

Order Number [protected] Hi Rockauto Customer Service, I have been buying auto parts from your company more than 10 years ago, however, my last order delivery is a pain on [censored] which was order on April 28, 2021 and tracking showed package left origin country on April 30, 2021, up till now, the tracking from DHL is showing delivery to customer country, which is more than 11 days in transit, believe I should receive even sent by US Mail, In your website, there is no way for me to check with your company but only by this email, I hope this email someone from your company can take care of this soon and let me know what went wrong with DHL, For customers peace of mind, coould you stop using DHL in your delivery choice which showed their service is far behind commercial acceptable standard both in tracking info updates and leadtime. thanks for your attention, Joe,
