Totally disgusted with Timberland customer services and the way they deal with customers. They blame all their problems on Brexit and their courier service. Didn't want to resolve my issue and after waiting 24 hours for a call back from a manager or an email confirming my refund I am still waiting. Have had better service from smaller company's and would not advise anyone to use Timberland User's recommendation: Stay clear in case of an issue.
