Delivery and lousy customer service – Order#EPOS 0006 1642 8

I ordered furniture with a 2 week lead time and, 3 weeks later was told some of the furniture was not available. I was advised to change to a more expensive item and the delivery was continually rescheduled, reason, I believe they did not have inventory. On promised day of delivery with a time range of between 1 pm and 8.00 pm, I was kept waiting at the apartment and, even after numerous calls to their office, I was advised that they were running late. Eventually, no show at all. The following day, i got a call from their office claiming I refused to take their delivery call. I tried to explain that I never got their call and they could hear none of it. i tried explaining that I had my call log, to show that I constantly called their office on their purported day of delivery but, they could not listen. All along I insisted that I did no longer require their delivery and would arrange for my own delivery and of course, get my delivery charges refunded and they were okay with this. On Friday, September 25th, 2015, I arranged for delivery and went to your offices to collect the delivery charges of $70.00 but was advised that the money was now not refundable as I had "refused" to take their delivery call. After unpacking, I found one of the items was the wrong one and was advised to return and pick up the right one. Well, it did not make sense and I plan to keep it. I still feel, that the refund is still due to me and, regardless of whether I get it back or not, I have never in my life been so humiliated and I this experience has left me with a hurt feeling to wards your company.
