I Helen Burns have bought a new Acer on the 21/10/1009 to updated my 18month old Acer so I could have the new windows 7, and was told I will be able to download the new windows 7 on the 22nd when it came out to the public, but the next day I was told it would be shipped to me at my own expense. I did apply to have windows 7 delivered and received payment and shipping confirmation on the 5th of November and was told it would be here in 7-9 days. with a tracking ID, The tracking number I was given, is not known by the Eparcel website, I then contacted Acer and was told to ring technical support, who then transferred me to dispatch, who in turn told me to contact MMedia sales, they ignored my first email, I had response from my second email, which told me nothing except that it was still with their forwarder. I am losing patience and would like my Windows 7 this week as I bought the computer 4 weeks ago today, i would like immediate reaction to this matter. Also when I tried to make a complaint through the help desk complaints section it kept throwing me offline so I couldn’t even make the complaint threw the companies channels. Thank you. Helen Burns.
