Ordered goods on 1st Feb. 2020 and actually received all items in October 2020. Obviously COVID had a major impact on delivery but their communication was virtually zero and customer service appalling. They are by far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. We have now also been waiting 4 months for a replacement wardrobe door and have recently been told by the insurance company that order placed for the door before Xmas was never processed by Bensons. Unbelievable!! User's recommendation: Do not use them.
